Rolls-Royce, a while back, announced its most advanced ‘Black Badge’ car yet. The British luxury vehicle maker has designed this model by engineering the previous edition to represent the alter ego of the brand. Which only means that the ‘Black Badge Ghost’ is very dynamic, assertive, and potent. More importantly, the brand released this automobile to symbolize a new type of super-luxury product. The idea behind the conception of the Black Badge Ghost: 

It was apparently in response to demands made by a few loyal Rolls-Royce clients that the brand created this agile and devoid of excessive design called the Black Badge Ghost. This car is technologically and aesthetically superior to any of the earlier Rolls-Royce production. More importantly, since its release twelve months ago, the vehicle has become a ‘Best Seller,’ with the product managing to sell about 3,500 units worldwide.  

Black Badge Ghost, a model that exudes minimalism: 

‘Post Opulence’ was the name given by the designers to the aesthetic movement that led to the development of the Rolls-Royce Black Badge Ghost. The aim was to create a car that radiates simplicity and purity. Furthermore, the design of this magnificent luxury, which seems intelligent and discreet, is inclusive of truly exclusive material.   

Black Badge Ghost, the ‘Dark Knight’ of the road: 

The use of a dark and no other shade for the Black Badge Ghost was because a subset of a few rebellious Rolls Royce clients wanted the car to perfectly reflect the spirit of a ghost. Hence the color black was the perfect fit. In other words, the logic behind using a hue that is not bright and sunny was to give this automobile the look and feel of a ‘Dark Knight’ on wheels.  

Black Badge Ghost, and its exquisitely designed exterior:  

The interior of the Black Badge Ghost comprises a Bespoke 21-inch composite wheelset. Furthermore, the barrel of each wheel is made up of 22 layers of carbon fiber laid on three axes, which are then folded back at the outer edges of the rim. In addition, a 3-D forged aluminum hub is also attached to the rim. This process of bonding is done using aerospace-grade tightening fasteners. Finally, a lightly tinted lacquer is added to the surface of this car exterior to give it an overall classy look. 

The unique ambiance created by the interior of Black Badge Ghost:

The interior of the Black Badge Ghost has been developed using high-class materials to provide a very cool atmosphere. It has been designed pragmatically with authenticity rather than made just for making an overt style statement. Décor of this luxurious automobile also possesses a ‘Timepiece’ that is minimalistic in design, having tips of the hands and the 9, 12, 3, 6 markers. This simple clock is flanked by ‘Illuminated Fascia,’ which is a Lemniscate that adds an ethereal glow to the interior of this Rolls Royce vehicle. A 2 mm light guide to ensure that the Lemniscate is lit evenly is available as a part of this automobile décor.  

An engine of Black Badge Ghost that is sufficient and efficient: 

It is a twin-turbocharged 6.75-liter V12 engine that drives the Black Badge Ghost. The unique feature is its flexibility and capacity to produce an extra 29 PS and a total output of 6000 PS. It also has the capability of producing a maximum torque of 900 Nm. The ZF eight-speed gearbox it possesses works in collaboration with the front and rear steered axles to provide the driver with feedback about the throttle and steering while driving. It is via a new exhaust system that the complete amplification of this vehicle’s motor engine, and thereby potency, is seen.  

With the Black Badge Ghost available for purchase, it remains to be seen whether this car lives up to the high expectations that the brand Rolls-Royce always tends to generate.
