As a tribute to the U.S. Military, Jeep is offering the entire lineup of Special-edition Freedom Models, with military-themed exterior and interior design cues, their way of honoring all servicemen and servicewomen. Along with that, Jeep will also make a $250 donation to the United Service Organization (USO) with every Freedom edition sold. “At the Jeep brand, we are proud of our military heritage, with origins that date back to 1941, and the Freedom special editions are a tribute to all who have served and continue to serve,” said Jim Morrison, Vice President, Jeep Brand – North America. “This Memorial Day, we honor those who have made the greatest sacrifice for their country and support those who continue to serve through these special editions”.
The Freedom Special-edition vehicles have unique exterior features, such as American flag decals along the side of the vehicle, accents, “Oscar Mike” military star decal on the hood and matte black/satin Carbon wheels. For Wrangler and Gladiator, this also includes an “Oscar Mike” decal on the rear tailgate.
